Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, UPS, Canada Post or FedEx depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 2 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. Some orders are shipped with a tracking number based on the type of shipping option you had chosen at checkout so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number (if applicable). For those living outside of Canada there may be duty/import charges.
